Am I allowed to use email lists or leads purchased or rented from a 3rd party?
No. We allow you to send emails only to people who know you and explicitly gave you the permission to send them email. People on rented or purchased lists will likely not know you or expect a bulk email from you. This will cause spam complaints or result in blacklisting that will hurt your business…
