“Do not mass email”

This is a setting that you can enable to stop a contact from receiving any future mass email messages. You can still send a personal 1-on-1 email.

Mail-merge

Use merge tags to personalize your messages. For example, the merge tags [FIRST] [LAST] will be replaced with John Smith.

Unsubscribe link

You must include an unsubscribe link only in emails that are obviously not personal 1-on-1 messages, such as monthly newsletters or generic autoresponders.

List segmentation

Annelite’s email marketing features are organized by groups of contacts to ensure the most relevant and personal experience for your recipients.

Autoresponders

Autoresponders are a series of email templates sent out to contacts over a specified period of time with a set delay.

Newsletters

You can send an email that appears perfectly personal to any group of contacts with a single click.

Filter events by label, status or user

Configure your views so you only see the events that you need. All users have their own calendar filter settings to ensure the most productive experience.

Internal comments

Keep your internal conversations linked to calendar events and tasks. This lets you avoid endless email CC loops.
