“Do not mass email”
This is a setting that you can enable to stop a contact from receiving any future mass email messages. You can still send a personal 1-on-1 email.

Use our SMTP or bring your own
You can start sending emails via our SMTP server right away – we have a great reputation and track record – or bring your own SMTP.
Unsubscribe link
You must include an unsubscribe link only in emails that are obviously not personal 1-on-1 messages, such as monthly newsletters or generic autoresponders.
Unlimited “From:” identities
Choose on the fly which “From:” address and signature to use, such as you@company.com, sales@, support@ and so on.

Create any number of custom fields that are unique for your business.

You can decide when your emails go out. Queue your newsletters in advance. Write follow up messages to be sent at a later time.
