The system folder Newsletters contains email newsletters that have been sent, are being sent, and are scheduled for future delivery. You can stop the sending of future and in-progress newsletters by clicking Cancel Sending. The status shows how many newsletters have been sent and the total number of recipients.
If you check the Do Not Mass-Email box on the edit contact screen, the contact will be excluded from future mass emails, including autoresponder campaigns and newsletters. You can still send manual one-on-one emails.
